When trying to pay from a saved payment method it doesn't allow you to click the "continued to review" button to complete the payment. If you add new card while checking out it works as designed. I'm using test mode.

Yes, I can confirm it works.

I also believe it was related to the Commerce issue (#2861409) because I updated Commerce 2.x dev last night and I was finally able to order with an existing card. I saw that Bojanz asked you to update Commerce Stripe (after the Commerce fix) so I was waiting for that to update the issue.
