Help description for fields clutter the form and make it longer

Problem/Motivation

Having many and long help texts for many fields in a form is distracting and makes the form longer. Especially users that already have learned what the fields are for do not need these texts every time again.

Proposed resolution

Hide help and field description texts behind a button to get them out of the way but have them easily accessible when needed

Remaining tasks

1. Create wireframes to show how to do that
2. Create a design on how that will look like when themed
3. Implement it
