So I have this date field with 'datetime_datelist' widget. Its now showing 1, 2, 3, .. for hours but I want that to be like 01, 02, 03, etc (date time H format) but when i dig out I found that Datelist::processDatelist() its hardcoded and can't be override. Now i don't know how to override it.

I am marking it has bug so that some eye can catch it. Feel free to change it 'Feature request'

Have you tried adding your own `#process` function to the element to update the labels on the options?

joshi.rohit100’s picture

@mpdonadio - No! I haven't tried #process but what i found is that -
$format = in_array('ampm', $element['#date_part_order']) ? 'g' : 'G'; So it will always be (i guess) same.

#4, would need to debug it, but I suspect that if you just change the labels and not the values, then everything will still work. It's worth a quick try if you can.

Is this still an issue that can't be fixed by #process or another render hook?

joshi.rohit100 noted this is likely a feature request and I agree, but I'm not 100% sure what the feature is that is being requested.

Moving to feature request but @joshi.rohit100 can you provide a bit more information about the feature you are after?
