7.x-1.0-rc4 release

Bump. There are numerous fixes and changes already in 7.x-1.x. Existing sites would profit a lot from getting these fixes.

Bumping priority for attention. There are four years' worth of fixes in dev. At least add a release, even if it won't be the 1.0.

Thanks @greggles! I just pinged @Berdir, @pifagor and @Dave Reid to see if one of those guys could give some guidance re: tagging a 7.x-1.0-rc4 or full 7.x-1.0 release so we'll see what happens. It's interesting that such a widely used module does not have a full release for 7.x.

Hello everyone.
I think we can create a new tag - 7.x-1.0-rc4. After 2-3 months of release, there is convert 7.x-1.0-rc4 to 7.x-1.0
But we need to test everything well before creating a new release. I suggest setting a new release date of September 28th.
It should also be noted that I do not have access to edit the module version (https://www.drupal.org/node/3287/edit/releases). @Dave Reid can implement this.

Setting this as RTBC since it got already a lot of scrutiny in many separate issues and hoping it gets some attention.

I've been using all of the fixes (7.x-1.0-rc3+38-dev) in production for a long time without issues.

Assigning to myself as I'm triaging all RTBC issues.

I'd still like to double check all the issues noted above and check issue credits.

Ran drupalorg rn 7.x-1.0-rc3 and compared against:
