For the links beside the main picture and the numbers that overlay on the right side column?

I don't see that any of the social sharing modules on drupa.org provide the bubble feature you point to in the image. There are multiple social sharing modules in contrib that can be utilized albeit without the bubble.

Do any of them have the feature where you can show the number of shares? And when you mouse over it shows a list of social media sites?
