Please give oadaeh (Jason Flatt) ownership of Marinelli.

The theme was marked as unsupported due to a licensing issue the previous maintainer didn’t fix.

User oadaeh has posted a patch that is a good start towards fixing this. I've reviewed the patch as a member of the LWG. While the work in not complete (see review in related issue), I think that ownership of this unsupported project is handed over to him now, so that he can complete the task without having to use patches.
