Request for co-maintainers access Site Verification module

@dddave. This guy is a fraud. He legit took my 8.x code from https://github.com/MixedBin/site_verify, forked it to his own at https://github.com/jabastin/site_verify-8.x-1.x with ZERO CHANGES.

Then, he opened this thread to request co-maintainer of site_verify and linked to my code that he forked to his repo suggesting that he himself has written this code (zero changes made to my code).

Then he committed my code to the project in the new 8.x branch here: https://www.drupal.org/node/464964/commits. But you'll notice that again, zero changes were made to the code. He has tried to "disguise" the addition and deletion of files to make it look like something has changed - but nothing has. Again ZERO files changed.

Also note in my branch i kept BarisW commits who previously started work on the 8.x branch. Giving proper credit where it's due.

Guy is a crook, and a thief. trying to add repos to his user page for some other purpose.

Ban him. And remove his(my) 8.x commits and branch until we can talk to Dave Reid.

I've removed jabastian.ameex as maintainer. I am going to check with other webmaster how to go about the code.

Jim.M is now the co-maintainer.
