How do I add a downloaded theme to a personal web page. I followed the instrictions in the readme.txt file in the /themes folder suggesting to put the folder in sites/all/themes, but I am unable to see that showing up in the themes section of site building menu after even restarting my apache.

verify that you have a d6 version of the theme (d5 themes won't show)-- does it have a .info file? If so, what's in the .info file?
