The version at https://github.com/jpamental/typogrify is now functional. There is still work to be done, but the adventurous can start testing.

There's cleanup and some new features planned, but in testing today it's working quite nicely!

HUGE kudos to all who have contributed (particularly @benjifisher). Next is to get this added to D.o.!

#2829664: Fix t()-function and !-placeholders is in, and #2953490: Invalid placeholder (!version) in string and #2829667: Add Twig filters are useful fixes that need a maintainer to review and possibly commit.

It's been awhile since the last alpha; if those get in would it be possible to see another release? Maybe even a beta?
