Token not get replaced when node title get updated.

I have written a token in block and enable block on every page. On first go, token get replaced, [current-page:title] (say), gives me current node title but when I update node title again, token remain unaffected.

I checked in D7 too, but there it is working fine. Any quick fix for this?
