I started working on a fork of this module using REST API, I would hope in the coming months it will become a better starting point for D8 than this module which uses the SOAP API. It's still very much a work in progress, but I'll leave this here as a reference #2744087-5: Support Marketo REST API

There is now a 8.x-2.x branch available for testing.

Since webform isn't available it it has integration with contact form built in.
