osopolarThe file file_entity.pages.inc needs to be included before the function file_entity_view_page() could be called.

osopolar@morgo: Are you sure that the error you got is related to this issue or caused by the patch in #2?
joachim namyslo#2 doesn't solve it
Comment #7
becw commentedI ran into the original error (
Call to undefined function file_entity_view_page()) after enabling thefile_viewpanels page. The error doesn't appear on the first page load after cache clear, and after that appears on every page load. The patch from #2 fixes this issue for me.
promesPatch #2 solved our error. Thanks.

osopolar@morgo, @becw and @dinmikkith: Where you able to figure out why the patch was not working for you and have you solved the problem?
joachim namyslomeanwhile I bet it works. Had the same error with the last panoply release. They patched that on git hub in the d7 version of panoooly. If you take a look at there git hub repo you may be able to check I'd they use the Dev or the stable version of this. perhaps they patched this some were in the repo as well.
Sorry this was my fault. Again I didn't test the module on a vanilla install. For me it was a panoooly issue that seems to be fixed now.

sp_key commentedApologies, this issue has not been fixed for me.
Can you please confirm which version I need to download to not get the above issue.
I've first tried 7.x-2.13. I then tried 7.x-2.x-dev
Both above versions return the same error
Cheers
