This patch fixes the notice.

Those notices appear when your services.yml file is outdated, you won't have this porblem when you have a fresh install.

Confirmed. Apparently I assumed drush si did this kind of things for me. I'd better us a script to re-install my sandbox.

Patch fixed my issue on "Install" this happened after I blew away my database and my .yml and settings.php file to reinstall. Attached are before and after screenshots.

@dobe: Please update your Drupal to latest dev, also ensure that you have copy of latest default.settings.php and default.services.yml if you are maintaining them separately . We were have same issue. Making these changes, resolved our environment.

@webankit I was running beta 15 just released.

To all who encounter this problem, do the following:

  • Remove sites/*/services.yml
  • Copy sites/*/default.services.yml to sites/*/services.yml
  • Clear cache

Remember, before RC1 there is no upgrade path. You are at your own risk, you have to fix it your selves (with a little help of your friends).

Had the problem on a Beta15 upgrade. Post #8 worked like a treat. Thank you Sutharsan

Post #8 worked, but do remember to copy the updated beta15 version of the default.services.yml not the old one.

See #8 for the fix here, this only occurs if your services.yml is out of date

Closing as works as designed

What does "services.yml is out of date" mean? It's a custom file, how does it get out of date?
