Now you can convert any drupal regions into bootstrap component like Carousal, Popover, Panel etc. So instead of displaying a blocks one by one of particular region, You can convert a region to Carousal so each block belong to the region will become a slide. This Feature will bring lot of new excitement to drupal 8 theming.
