Also many modules provide CSS files. As such it would be nice if the functionality of this module could be applied on those as well.

Attached patch implements this functionality for modules that got soft_dependencies[] = style_settings defined in their .info file.

I tested it with the CSS files of the Flickr and AutoFloat module for which we intend to use this. The /*variable:name*/ variant worked as expected.

Please review. Also, I would love to be a co-maintainer of the module.
