Complete community docu for the Raty module

The Raty module appears to be one of those hidden gems in Drupal contrib space. However it is not obvious to learn how to use it, especially because there doesn't seem to be some type of Community documentation ...

Therefor I just created a first iteration (draft?) of a Community Documentation page. This page mostly includes a refined version of the current readme.txt content, and some links to a few other documentation resources I found about this module so far.

Please consider UPDATING the project "Read documentation" link, to point to this newly created community docu page. Obviously, it seems appropriate to me to somehow "move" the existing link (to what today is called "Read documentation", to somewhere on the project page).

It would be nice if somebody with more experience then me about this module, would be willing to further enhance / contribute to this brand new page. For some inspiration about what I perceive as relevant topics to be included in such community pages, please refer to the Community documentation of some of the modules that I (co-)maintain (such as Chart or Charts), documentation that I also created a few months ago.
