I think this relates to the issue above, but is slightly different.

I have set up a payment reference field on certain nodes that I want users to pay to publish. As I want payment to be required, I have made the payment reference field required.

All works fine, but if I go to edit the node, it says that it requires the payment reference field, even though the payment is already completed. Is there a way to have it checking that payment status each time you edit the node? As long as the payment is complete, then the node can be edited and re-saved.

I would like the users who are paying for these nodes to be able to edit them, or at the very least, let the administrators edit them. Is that possible?

Thanks
Heather

That is indeed a bug. Thank you for reporting this.

Is there any news on this? We are starting to get people signing up for our content, but they cannot edit it without it forcing them to create another payment. Is there a way to resolve this issue so the user can edit their own node without being required to pay again?

Thanks

Just wanted to touch base on this issue again. We have users who are now making payments on nodes and unable to edit them because it requires them to make a payment again. Can you please let me know if this issue has been resolved?

Hi, can someone let me know if this is something that can be resolved?
I just attempted to enter payment on a node and it was accepted and I returned to the node. I was unable to save the node because it was requiring me to do another payment.

Am I doing something wrong here? I am unable to even create a new node with a payment reference on it because it will require me to do the payment again once it comes back from completing the payment in paypal.

This is a really critical part of our sites and I'd just like to know if I am doing something wrong here or if this is a bug that still needs resolved. I would appreciate just any response to let me know how to move forward.

Thank you so much,
Heather

Just curious if this module is still being maintained? I would really appreciate an answer as to whether this bug has been resolved or can be resolved. I see that there have been some updates since the bug was reported, but I don't see where it has been fixed. Any assistance is very much appreciated.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I've run into this issue again and am hoping someone can respond.

When one of my users has a typo on a payment node, I have to get the information they want to have in there and change it in the database, because I am unable to edit the node through the Drupal interface without making another payment for the node.

Am I misunderstanding how this works? I really feel uncomfortable editing directly in the database, but I don't see another way to resolve this issue.
Any help is most appreciated.
