Hi I'am very new to drupal and CMS in general, so sorry if my asking is stupid or nonsense

I was wondering if it is possible to generate a static version of a drupal website, something like a snapshot (not sure if the term is the correct one). In fact, something that would generate all the html files possible from the database to allow somenone to browse the site offline.

It might be possible since sometimes some wiki's site allow user to download a static version of the website. Is it possible with drupal?

You could use a program such as HTTrack to rip the site. It will follow whatever is linked, beginning from a starting page.

I have also noticed this Drupal module, but never used it:
