The option "default_option_label " is provided by facetapi_select and not ajax_facets. For this to be a patch, the form element needs to be provided by ajax_facets also.

Sorry, but it's not clear for me, what is the option "default option label"? I have no this option in my testing environment. Should I install some special module?

There is the problem. Ajax facets expects that the label 'Select' in select widgets is the same for every widget in the page. So it's impossible to set different 'Select' labels for different facets. I need two select facets with labels 'Select organization', 'Select title', but it's not possible currently.
