[META] CodeSprintUA 2014 - report

Follow-up to #2356859: [META] CodeSprintUA 2014

CodeSprintUA 2014 have taken place on November, 2 in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
Problem/Motivation

- Translate Drupal 8, testdrive of the new translations server;
- Improve functionality of existing contrib modules;
- Drupal 8 testing, delivering of critical bugs fixes and improvements.
