I have created a calendar for my upcoming events. It works well except that the label for each month is in the format: day of week, month, first day of month, year, eg Wednesday, October 1, 2014. When I click on "next", I get the next month but its label is "Saturday, November 1, 2014. Since this I'm labeling an entire month, having the day of the week and the date is confusing to users. I would like a label that says simply "October 2014." All the documentation I read indicates that this latter format is the default for labeling for a month calendar view, so I've clearly done something wrong. How can I get back to the default?
