List supporting organizations in release notes

I was looking at the Weekly Drop & realized that it would be really good if they could include the sponsoring organizations in the newsletter when there is a new release.

Looking at one of the releases this week webprofiler 8.x-1.1-alpha15 https://www.drupal.org/node/2342507 that isn't listed on the page. It's listed in the profile page but who looks at those anyways since so much is done via Drush.

This is a module supported by wellnet.it it it would be great if there were easier ways to display those organizations who are supporting modules in more places.

So, let's also list the supporting organizations on the Release Notes page. That's a page folks who actually use a module might be likely to visit, so let's remind them who is putting time/effort into the next release.
