There is no rich text edit on the screen. Checking the WYSIWYG profile show tinymce and coeditor not installed. But they are in the sites/all/libraries directory.

Did you enable the Debut Wysiwyg feature when installing Open Outreach? This uses CKEditor not TinyMCE and should be located in profiles/openoutreach/libraries.

The problem was the Wysiwyg doesn't work with the latest 4.x ckeditor and tinymce. Once I install the 3.x versions, everything worked.

So the problem was the ckeditor and tinymce cannot use the latest. Use 3.x.
