What Magic settings do you have set currently? What is in your page.tpl.php? And what is the output?

This is my Magic settings:

settings[magic_css_excludes] = ""
settings[magic_footer_js] = 1
settings[magic_library_head] = 1
settings[magic_experimental_js] = 0
settings[magic_js_excludes] = ""

My theme is a subtheme of Omega, and i haven't changed the page.tpl, I've only created a few layouts.

also, i activated:

lazy_image_loader

imageinfo_cache
