I've just installed 7.x-3.0 on Bartik theme.
I've clicked only on "Access Backup and Migrate" and "Perform a backup" permissions.
The permission "Perform a backup" shows the tabs "Backup" and "Saved Backups".
The permission "Access backup files" is apparently included in "Perform a backup", Is it normal ?

Can someone help me on it ?
