Follow-up to #2188661: Extension System, Part II: ExtensionDiscovery

For sorting purposes, a non-existing $origin property is added to Extension objects in ExtensionDiscovery::scanDirectory().

The fix in #2216695: run-tests.sh broken on OS X ("Too many open files") adds a $subpath property, equally for sorting purposes only.

Both properties should not be added to the Extension objects, as they are internal to ExtensionDiscovery.
