I am using MediaWik auth bridge module in a drupal site for making single sign in between drupal site and Mediawiki site. But i am getting that there is no custom cookie generation. I am using Varnish server in the drupal.

I want to reopen this issue.
For some time i worked on restoring the functionality of this module and the associated AuthDrupal extension for Mediawiki version 1.27 and higher. It seems i managed to make it work.
The attached patch is only a starting point and can be greatly improved and cleared.

unfortunately, this project is not really active anymore. we're looking for someone to pass the torch though....
