Release notes

This release added an upgrade hook for sites that still run version 7.x-1.4 or lower. See #2176823: Upgrade from 7.x-1.4 to 7.x-1.5 creates PDOException: SQLSTATE[42000].
Also, some Tokens were added in #2066635: pcp % token.
