I m curious, can I insert block to more than one region?
Suppose I have one block and two pages with A and B regions. Can I insert this block to both of this regions and also style it differently?

You can use a module called Panels to do what you wish. I don't know about styling, however. Might be easier just to duplicate the block and give it a slightly new name. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
