When trying to import a feed using the XPath Parser I am receiving the following error.

Download of .../feed.xml failed with code -10060

In searching online I can't find this error referenced anywhere. I'm not certain is this is an error with the XML file I am importing or if it's a setting within the importer. Any suggestions to correct this are appreciated.
