Hi I been spending lots time looking for a solution on how I can change the "access denied page"
but can't fine no way to do it. any way I can change the default message page "access denied page" to a custom message.

Just create a node
Just create a node of the page you want it to be.
Then go to admin/config/system/site-information on your website (by copying this link or going to Config > System > Site-infromation.
There you can set which page should be loaded for a 403 (access denied) and 404 (page not found page).
Personally I prefer to enter a path to node/nid so that url aliasses could be modified at any time.

Just create created a page and went to admin/config/system and paste the page url but is not working for me, please send me the instruction on how to create the node, it's might be something I'm doing wrong.
I spend the whole day creating a article page, a basic page and none of the work.
if you can please send a more specific details on how I can create a node ,cause I lost on this one, Thanks for your reply.
