I Migrate my site from one hosting to other, made the same DB, same user, same domain. After that, came the next error on the new hosting. I made the necessary changes on the setup file.

Hi, I have same problem, but in my case the error show it when search something with special characters in spanish. In local work perfect, but in preproduction not work.

In preproduction I have IIS 7.5 (customer requirement) and in local Apache 2.2.
