Sharing the page in Facebook, full URL is not showing (Drupal 7).

Using "sharethis" module in drupal 7, If I share the page "http://example.com/?q=node/16" in facebook, then it is showing only "http://example.com/" and also it is not showing appropriate Image and content. I tried and found the problem with pathauto module, If I disable the pathauto module then fb share is working fine with actual URL and content (i.e., http://example.com/?q=node/16). But I need pathauto module to enable for URL Aliases. So Please suggest me to solve this problem.
