Postponed until after the drupal.org D7 migration

The Features section could benefit from some hard analysis and suggestions and design from the marketing team. The pages are mostly a wall of text and not very inviting.

There's several related issues that we're closing as part of the cleanup of the Drupal.org Redesign queue:
