When on a language content, cannot switch to another language in the language switcher

Hello,

I have two languages: Turkish and English on my page and for example when I view an English content, I cannot switch to Turkish in the language switcher because the 'Turkish' writing is being scratched out and unclickable unless I return to homepage( I think because in homepage you do not open an English content yet but when you open an English content, switcher thinks oww ok you are at an english content, so lets cross that Turkish option).

I searched the forum but I'm still unsuccessful.
