nura91 CreditAttribution: nura91 commentedtill now i added the smart ip module, chose IPInfoDB API version 3, selected 78.108.163.10 as the ip for testing, checked admin debug. when i click save configurations, it returns this :
•Using debug IP: 78.108.163.10 / Country: / Region: / City: / Postal code: / Longitude:
is that normal??
and the weather block, which is enabled, does not show up. what am i missing here?

afeijoI have the same problem, I have this new D7 project where I installed the latest weather module, smart ip module, both enabled and IPinfoDB key is set
the MANUAL LOOKUP works, but the weather block never shows up
User permissions is all set
"Weather-system wide display" block works, but "Weather: IP-based location of user (requires Smart IP module)" do not
I cleared cache several times :)
What am I missing here?
thanks

Graber CreditAttribution: Graber commentedOk. yr.no updated and city names for weather info download are now names in local language, while geo lookup fetches them in English. The simpliest solution is edit weather_data.txt file in the module dir, replace city names and reinstall the module.
This sucks a bit, since there's a lot to update but..
Hope someone will find this usefull.
