Actually I get errors when there is no result (empty array). Maybe it could be optionally hidden, when there is just one result.

At the moment I have to load the view once to see if there are more than 1 result, and then again to get the nid list. Drupal seems to manage to avoid duplicating the queries, but it would be easier to ignore the test and just base the display on the passed array (for PHP type pagers)
