check the link in textblock they open content in colorbox load
but when you close the window and click on the link again, strange error happens, blank black overlay with a piece of white color in the left top corner?

Why is this happening?

it's essentially the same issue. there have been other posts too that include solutions; you might want to look through the existing issues, including closed issues.

Try formatting the links this way instead:

Closing as a duplicate of #1057418: Overlay isn't removed after close. Also the link for the example site does not exist.
