I've translated several modules from English to Simplified Chinese recently but how can I share them with those who need them? Where shall I put them? I read the Translator's Guide but did not get any relevant information. Could anybody give me a help? Thanks a lot!

my name is Michele and I'm the reference for the italian translation. To create a new translation project, thus sharing your translation, you should do 2 things:
. ask for the creation of a project page (you'll supposed to be the reference)
. ask for an access tho the cvs.drupal.org: translation are here

The suggested way to ask for the creation of a new project is to subscribe the supporto mailing list and ask from there:
http://drupal.org/mailing-lists

to access to the cvs folder is easier: you should apply here.
