Data Base migration - different size od data base ?

Hi!

I've problem migrating Drupal to another server - host is this same.

I've asked admin to manually upload my database and i've find out that my site is producing errors! I've digg in data bases and find out that both downloaded and uploaded data base is different. So I'm asking for methods how should I download data base properly. I was using PHPMyAdmin with standard options and I've no idea how it was uploaded by admin. Currently there are different values for size, records and the last one... Any idea what is screwed? I've been migrating between said servers in past and it wasn't a problem at all.

I don;t know what to do. Please help/
