Map does not display on block page

I am having the same issues as this older issue for 7.x -1.x branch: http://drupal.org/node/1309766 In short, I can get the map to display on the /locationmap view node configuration page but not when I place the block created on it's own page, it's simply a broken image.

Since this is for the 2.0 branch, I am opening a new issue.
