First let me thank the developers for this wonderful software.

I have started a news website for canadian news. There are essentially 7 different people who have the rights to post to the main page, others can submit news to the queue for approval. My only problem is that the time has to be set each time a story is submitted.

Can I set the time and timezone automatically instead of having it user configurable? What it defaults to (which I assume is the servers info) is completely off what we want (we want PST (GMT -8) and the time to reflect that (which it does not for some reason).

Suggestions?
