Current "subsrcribe" problem in issues (described at #34496: [meta] Add Flag module to allow users to subscribe/unsubscribe without posting a comment) now partly solved by adding "Follow" button.
But users continue post "subsrcibe", because with this action they not only add following feature for this issue, but tells the author that also want to fix this issue (add his vote), so "follow" button solve only part of "subscribe" problem.
We need "Vote" or "+1" button ("Also expiring this issue and waiting fix"). You can look how this done in bugs.kde.org or launchpad.net.
