Hey there,

The original wiki module stopped development at Drupal4.6. The new module for Drupal 5 is Liquid Wiki:

I haven't tried Liquid Wiki for a while. For a while I used a modified book module, but now I use Wikitools along with some other modules like Freelinking, Interwiki and TOC (part of Tweakbox).
