Hi All,

Does anyone know the very best way to Replace Images in the Danland slideshow? Or is there a better way for a beginner to achieve the same functionality. I wish the Danland slideshow had the ability to easily add or remove your own images from the front end as desired to keep the site fresh. :-) Thanks in advance!!

The documented process is convoluted and daunting for most administrators - and certainly not something one of my typical users could manage. http://drupal.org/node/768350#image-banner

I have considered removing the standard banner altogether, and building a new one from a new content type, imagecache and views rotator.... but have not done that yet. Waiting to see how often my users might want to change the images

Thanks for creating this theme, which is simple for us beginners! I would like to change these images as well, for my test dev site, and am curious if there's been any further progress in the last 6 months, since this post was originally listed?
