I have a strange problem. I created a user on my drupal site to post "Blog" entries. I have granted all the permissions of the blog module to the role that this user is assigned to. To be specific
create blog entries
delete any blog entry
delete own blog entries
edit any blog entry
edit own blog entries
have been assigned to the role. I have also assigned other permissions required for the content module.
But strange as it may seem the user is unable to edit the blogs posted by her. Has anyone faced such a problem. Would appreciate any help.

i have built a lot of sites but never had an issue with it. what content access modules are you using for your site? try to also rebuild your permissions, that might help.

Thanks for responding
Thanks for responding. The problem was the role did not have the permissions for the "Full HTML" filter. This can be set under http://www.mysite.org/admin/settings/filters
