Hi All
I'm looking for a solution to sell goods online.
Example: Product has 1 style with several different colors so we have to have choices.
A PayPal check out integrated into it would be perfect but we could go with a credit card account if absolutely required.
We had been using joomla with the phpshop module but really got tired of the late security updates and difficulties that go with that issue.
As a small company we need to showcase and promote through pictures of the product in use which I'm sure is not an issue.
I see there are a lot of solutions offered in the modules and the option of many paid programmers to do custom work which is great. I'm too old & feeble to code :)
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great appreciated.

E-Commerce suite
The first obvious answer would be to integrate the E-commerce module suite.
A less obvious choice could be Übercart.
Thanks for the nod, fgm. I
Thanks for the nod, fgm. I will mention here that we've got a couple weeks left of core coding to complete before Ubercart will be ready for testing... (you may have noticed there is no download or issue tracker yet). It will out of the box handle products with attributes like mentioned above, where the store owner can create sets of options and determine price/weight/model number adjustments for each selection.

Thank you gents!Ubercart
Thank you gents!
Ubercart looks very promising as we want to launch the new site asap running Drupal 5.
E Commerce I see only is supported by version 4.7
Is the beta stable enough to "try" on a production site?
Looks like I am jumping in right between some major changes

Well... it's stable, but we still haven't got around to doing some of the .install files that would setup the database for you. = P Those are near the top of the to-do list, and I'll probably post about it in the forums at ubercart.org. I plan on sending out an email to all users registered at ubercart.org as soon as an initial version is available, so feel free to sign-up there or wait for an announcement here at drupal.org. (And by initial, I mean one that we'll be using for production sites as well... but we're happy to have more guinea pigs. ;)
