I would also like to have a "Month" option when specifying the frequency of a schedule.

And while doing something like that, maybe add the ability to specify which day of the week (e.g. Sunday), or which day of the month (e.g. the 1st, or last day).

I'm also happy to work on a patch towards this.

I'm not planning on adding a month option as it complicates the logic SIGNIFICANTLY. I may consider more cron-like options for scheduling (there's another ticket for that somewhere) but I may just do it so that you can run schedules individually with an actual cron-job because I don't want to reinvent that wheel if I can avoid it.
