I created to menus

1) Primary Links (1st level)
2) Primary Links (2nd level)

1st level menu works fine. 2nd level menu block which only should show 2nd level links from Primary Links missing (also no block in source code). If I change start level to first level it works but the block should only display 2nd level links...

Is it a bug or what's wrong?

Fixed my problem. I think it works as designed...

2nd level menu isn't build based on the menu links. Content type is important. I created new pages (content type page) and build a new menu tree and it works...
