i have a customize Quicktab (module) with list of results (basically views block), see image link: http://www.imgplace.com/viewimg143/5928/89qtab.jpg

what i wanted to do is to place "search block" after the tab menus. see image link: http://www.imgplace.com/viewimg143/2032/95qtabsearch.jpg

can anyone please help how?...

Views filter option is suitable for your process.
While setting filter items, you should expose the corresponding filter item in views. If you expose search block will automatically added by views.
After that, you have to place this views block in Quick tabs.
